FEC's Final Rules on Disclaimers, Fraudulent Solicitation, Civil Penalties, and Personal Use of Campaign Funds

On November 25th, 2002 the Federal Election Commission approved final rules to implement the Reform Act's provisions relating to disclaimers, fraudulent solicitation, civil penalties, and personal use of campaign funds.

August 29, 2002, the Federal Election Commission has released its draft rules on Disclaimers, Fraudulent Solication, Civil Penalties, and Personal Use of campaign funds in accordance with the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act ("BCRA").
