FEC Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Consolidated Reporting On October 10th, the FEC approved a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking containing draft rules on reporting requirements imposed by BCRA. The draft rules address reporting of independent expenditures, reporting of electioneering communications, reporting schedules for party and candidate committees, and reporting of funds for party office buildings.
