Legal Center Files Comments in Wisconsin Right to Life Rulemaking The Campaign Legal Center submitted two sets of comments in response to the Federal Election Commission's (FEC) request for comments on proposed revisions to its rules governing electioneering communications, in order to implement the Supreme Court's decision in FEC v.
