National Association of Broadcasters' Motion to Affirm District Court Judgment

Plaintiff National Association of Broadcasters filed this motion to affirm the district court's judgment in unanimously striking down Section 504 of the Reform Act. That provision imposed certain reporting requirements on broadcast stations selling airtime for political advertisements.
