American Tradition Partnership (ATP) v. Bullock: Supreme Court Amici Brief of Senators McCain and Whitehouse in Support of Bullock

May 18, 2012

Amicus brief filed by Senators John McCain and Sheldon Whitehouse in support of respondents. They also argue that the Court should clarify that when legislatures build an appropriate record demonstrating the potential for corruption or the appearance thereof created by independent expenditures, they may enact appropriate preventative legislation in response.
