FEC: Complaint Against Representative Schock

The Campaign Legal Center and Democracy 21 urge for the Federal Election Commission to investigate Representative Aaron Schock, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, based on information that Schock solicited a $25,000 contribution from Representative Eric Cantor to the independent expenditure-only political committee (IEOPC) Campaign For Primary Accountability in violation of provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act ("FECA") and Commission regulations, as interpreted by the Commission.
