This document was released to the public as a result of a CLC FOIA Request. It contains a letter sent from the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) to the White House on Feb. 13, 2017 on  Kellyanne Conway's possible violation fo the Standards of Conduct prohibiting employees from misusing their public positions.
