Amicus brief filed by the Campaign Legal Center, Chicago Appleseed and Illinois Campaign for Political Reform in opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Amici argue that plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction should be denied based because: plaintiffs have failed to show a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits; and plaintiffs have failed to demonstrate that a preliminary injunction is in the public interest.
