Thompson v. Merrill: U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama - Thompson Supplemental Complaint

On March 1, 2018, CLC filed a supplemental complaint arguing that applying a list of disqualifying crimes to people who were convicted before the law passed violates the ex post facto clause and due process. CLC also argues that the failure to update and provide the disqualifying convictions list to voters violates the NVRA.
