Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-08-Bucks) led dozens of current and former members of Congress in urging the U.S. Supreme Court to set a limit on extreme partisan gerrymandering in the landmark partisan gerrymandering case Gill v. Whitford. The case will be heard at the Supreme Court on October 3.

We are confident that when the justices see how pervasive and damaging this practice has become, the Supreme Court will adopt a clear legal standard that will ensure our democracy functions as it should.”
