PROBLEMS WITH THE VIDEO LINK? If the video is not playing, check to make sure your email program didn't "break" the link by adding a paragraph return.The full link should start with "http://interface..." and end with "/play.asx". Often, email programs "wrap" text, including links, to make them fit on the screen. In that case, the email program may add a space or paragraph break to the link, making it inoperative. If your link is split, cut and paste the full link -- which may appear on 2 separate lines -- into your word processor. Find the space or paragraph break and delete it, which will then re-activate the link. Finally, copy the full active link directly into your Internet browser. So long as you have Windows Media Play, the video will now play.
