Reform Groups Urge Senators to Support Reid Amendment to Reid-McConnell Substitute

On January 9, 2007, reform groups sent a letter to Senators to support the amendment offered by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) to the Reid-McConnell substitute, which is currently pending on the Senate floor.
