Sep 5, 2003 -- The Supreme Court Briefs Available Online

On August 21, 2003, the final briefs were filed in McConnell v FEC. Four hours of oral argument will take place on September 8, 2003. A full library of briefs filed with the by the parties and "friends of the Court ," along with excerpts of all, is now online.
