Equal Justice Works Fellow

Rachel is an Equal Justice Works Fellow working to protect voters of color and language minority voters from intimidation to ensure access to the ballot box.

Prior to law school, Rachel worked at a number of organizations, including at the ACLU of Utah and the League of Women Voters where she monitored elections to ensure compliance with the Voting Rights Act and helped advance redistricting legislation, respectively. During law school, Rachel interned at the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, the ACLU Voting Rights Project, and the DOJ Civil Rights Division Voting Section. She published The Pandora’s Box of “Voter Fraud,” forthcoming in the California Law Review.

Rachel is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (J.D. 2023) and Binghamton University (B.A. and B.S. 2014). Rachel joined CLC in September 2023. Rachel is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
