CLC, LWV Urge Bureau of Prisons Share Non-Partisan Information with Eligible, Incarcerated Voters

In September of 2022, Campaign Legal Center and League of Women Voters sent a letter to the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to explain why we believed the Hatch Act did not prohibit the agency from sharing non-partisan candidate information with eligible, incarcerated voters.
