New Hampshire v. Holder: D.C. District Court Consent Judgment and Decree

The Attorney General and the State of New Hampshire agreed that the covered towns and townships within the State fulfilled the conditions required by Section 4(a) and were therefore entitled to the requested declaratory judgment exempting them from Section 5 coverage. Accordingly, the State and the Attorney General have filed a Joint Motion for Entry of his Consent Judgment and Decree based on the following agreed factual findings.
