Santa Clara City Council election process will be decided in June 5 election

The Santa Clara election on June 5th includes a new measure (Measure A) that proposes each city district now have three Council members elected solely by members of that district, rather than the current system where Council members are elected by voters throughout the entire city. If Measure A passes, it will be in effect for the November election.
