Mandi Baldwin

Prior to CLC, Mandi spent over 15 years with prominent law firms in Maryland and Washington D.C. With over 10 years of progressively responsible human resources experience, she is skilled in recruiting, training, benefits, compliance, and employee wellness. 

Mandi has her Certified Professional credential through the Society for Human Resources Management and her desire to better understand inequality in America and the work toward inclusion was the impetus for her B.A. in History and M.A. in American History.
